Preparation

Required and recommended indications will be provided to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for the seven-day in-person retreat. In addition to a personal interview during the application process, if another private call could support the personal process, this can also be arranged during this preparation phase.

7-Day Ayahuasca Retreat in Peru

Arrival to the Retreat Center by 3pm. Welcome orientation and group conversation.

“Baño de Florecimiento*” preparatory cleansing. Private interviews with Tony and Christina. Ayahuasca ceremony in the evening.

Morning sharing circle & further group integration using sound therapy. Private integration sessions.

Personal integration & private sessions. Ayahuasca ceremony in the evening.

Morning sharing circle & further group integration with a liberation therapy. Private integration sessions.

Gratitude walk for deeper integration and interconnectivity. Personal integration & private sessions. Ayahuasca ceremony in the evening.

Morning sharing circle & further group integration with art therapy. Closing “baño de florecimiento*” for the blossoming of personal intentions & prayers.

Following breakfast, group shuttle to the Cusco airport.

* The Baño de florecimiento in this context is a traditional Peruvian ritual to strengthen intention and prayer by bathing oneself with an infusion of medicinal flowers, plants and ritual perfumes. The baños will be individual, facilitated by Tony & Christina.

Post-Retreat Integration

The most challenging and meaningful medicine work comes with the integration of the Ayahuasca ceremonies, especially when back in the environment where undesirable patterns unravel. Tony and Christina will accompany each participant as needed during these weeks of integration. The group will meet once a week for a sharing circle, group integration and guidance. Individuals also have the opportunity to have a private therapeutic session during this post-retreat integration period. Additional therapeutic work will also be offered. Through the Substack platform, Tony and Christina will continue to share multimedia messages to support in deepening the integration and manifestation of intentions and prayers — for self, family, community and planet.
